You know what.. I am totally against racism in any form, but a few things came to my attention. I came across a BlogRing here on Xanga called kill all white people. what is wrong with this?? If i were to make a blogring called kill all black people or kill all asian people i would be under fire for it. I still do not understand how in the present day we could judge someone based on skin color alone. I would imagine by now, after all these years of putting people down based on their color or the way they look, people would have gotten past it. apparently not.. What I do not find very fair is the use of any racial slurs nowadays. The N-word is completely forbidden from the language of anyone other than african americans. To me, that is acceptable. What is not is "Cracker" or "Honky" being allowed. Seems to me things are a bit one sided at times. Now some may say, but the african american race went through so much oppression. What about the Chinese? Spanish? Japanese? The Jews way back when? Native Americans who are still living on reservations? At one point all races have been enslaved, whether it be by a foreign group or even their own people. Basically, what I am saying is, why can we not look past the things that have been done and work on fixing the human race as a whole. The solution is not to just get rid of the race which is considered a problem. It is to shut the fuck up about who oppressed who, shake hands and move on. youll get nowhere holding onto yesterday.
Im at work so i had to cut it short, but there is alot on my mind about this subject. I hope i get some outside opinions on this.
